2. Appointment Scheduling

Clients can schedule appointments in-person at our facility, over the phone, or through our website. We kindly request a minimum notice period of 24 hours for any cancellations or rescheduling.

3. Pricing and Payment

Detailed pricing information for our grooming services, tailored to the size and breed of your pet, will be provided to clients. Payment is expected at the time of service and can be made in cash, by credit card, or through other specified payment methods.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for furnishing accurate and current information about their pets, including health and behavioral details. Pets should be in a manageable condition, free from aggression, and properly restrained during the grooming process.

5. Health and Safety

The well-being of pets is our paramount concern. Clients are obligated to ensure their pets are up-to-date on vaccinations. We maintain the right to decline or cease service if a pet poses any risk to the safety of our groomers or the pet itself.

6. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
