Why the Weight Limit?
We maintain a weight limit for grooming services to ensure the safety and comfort of both pets and our groomers. By setting a maximum weight of 160 lbs, we can effectively manage the handling and grooming procedures necessary for larger breeds. This limit allows us to maintain high standards of care and attention to detail, ensuring each pet receives the personalized treatment they deserve, ensuring their safety and comfort.

*Should your pet have severe matting, tangling, or exhibit aggressive behavior, an extra fee may be applied to haircut or bathing clients.
Matting incurs a fee ranging from $25 TO $50 (just a little)
Up to $150 (More than a little)
Up to $300 (pelted - meaning you can't feel the pet’s skin)
These fees are also based on the pet’s size
A difficulty fee of $15 to $40 may be added.
*We have discontinued anal gland expression services as we believe this procedure is best administered by a veterinarian.

Pets with tangles or knots or behavioral issues WILL be charged additional fees.
Having pets in these conditions WILL take extra time so we must accommodate for that, so when booking an appointment please note if extra time will be needed so we can block enough time for your appointment.
If we get to your appointment and you didn't note extra time would be needed because of these things, then we will have to reschedule your appointment if we have an appointment booked after yours. You will be responsible for the no show fee of that appointment.
